If you think your child is up for a 5k or greater distance, they are very welcome to join you. It's important for you to remember that our course puts you on city streets, without traffic revisions. For that reason we ask that they stay under your supervision for the duration of the run.
  4. Can I bring my dog?
As long as you follow governing laws and ordinances (leash, scooping, beach, etc), dogs are welcome in Seattle Parks. Even better if they are people- and dog- friendly.
